Day of Services package. We step in 1 month prior to event. Walk through all contracts and details of
the event with the client. Create and manage itinerary for day of events. Communicate with all vendors about contractual obligations, arrival times and direct contact information. Run through of events 2 weeks prior to day. Organize and coordinate prior day rehearsals.
Arrive to venue(s) to manage all deliveries and set up.

"Décor Enthusiast"
Event Styling package. Work with client to create design elements and atmosphere for event.
Schedule site visits to walk through venue specifications, guidelines, and design. Connect with
vendors needed to help complete design project such as rentals, lighting and marketing materials. Coordinate, implement and manage day of décor. This package includes complete set up and breakdown of venue.
This package includes unlimited emails and calls between 10am-7pm.
